What a busy week in Philadelphia Sports: The Phillies won the National League East division title on Monday in Los Angeles against the Dodgers. The defending Super Bowl Champions are off to a 2-0 start and welcome the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday at the Link for a 1pm Kickoff.
Despite the fact that the Birds have the second-fewest passing yards per game this season, they continue to win. In fact, the Eagles are 18-1 in their last 19 games and look to improve to 3-0 this season in front of their Fans in Philadelphia.
The Phillies are 12-4 in the month of September and have a team batting average of .283 with 27 Home Runs. The Phillies have won despite the loss of the Ace of their pitching staff Zack Wheeler for the season. We will have plenty of Phillies coverage this weekend in The Locker Room.
