This Saturday is the annual Army-Navy game, the last regular season game of the 2025 College football season. The Two academies will meet on the gridiron for the 126th time, this year in Baltimore.
Kickoff for this storied rivalry is set for 3pm, and you can hear the game on 973 ESPN Radio South Jersey, and on the 973 ESPN Mobile app. The Midshipmen lead the series 63-55-7 all-time. This is so much more than a game though; The pageantry and school spirit of the Military Academies will be on display in the M&T stadium.
On Saturday in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim, we will talk with Two former players about the rivalry,
along with hear about the pride and commitment that they make to their country and each other after the game.
Also, The Locker Room with Billy Schweim will be Broadcasting Live this Sunday from LaScala’s Beach House for our Eagles pregame show. The Eagles have lost three games in a row, but not because of their defense. Both the Flyers and Sixers are in the middle of the pack in their respective league standings. The Flyers are in a tough gauntlet of games in which they play four playoff teams from last season over a 6-game stretch. This weekend, they have a home-and-home series against the Carolina Hurricanes, and their Head Coach, former Flyers All-Star Forward Rod Brind'Amour.
The Sixers will face the Pacers on Friday Night, and the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday because they did not advance in the NBA Cup, which might be a good thing since, per usual, half the team is injured or dealing with illness. We will talk about it all this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim.
On Saturday’s show, Producer Nick Earnshaw and I will get you ready for the Army-Navy game. In Hour One, we will hear from former Midshipmen defensive back and Absegami High School product Mike Herron. Mike played in this big game! In Hour Two, we will talk with former Army Quarterback Chad Jenkins, and his experience on the field of play and the Battlefield. We will also talk Eagles Football, Flyers Hockey and Sixers Basketball. Plus, we’ll get our “High School Athletes in the Spotlight” with Fran Mclaughlin brought to you by the Philly Pretzel Factory of EHT.
On Sunday, we will be Broadcasting Live from LaScala’s Beachhouse in Brigantine for our Eagles pregame show. Join me, former Kansas City Chiefs WR Dave Klemic and Mr. Negadelphia P.J. Corda.
