The clouds of rumors and speculation have not left the Philadelphia Eagles, with the latest reports stating that there are people in the Eagles that are unhappy with how Jalen Hurts runs the offense.

It’s been documented that A.J. Brown isn’t happy with his lack of production, while Lane Johnson has said the offense is predictable, and Saquon Barkley has said they are not playing up to their full potential.  Despite the fact that the Birds are 8-2 and tied for the Number One Seed in the NFC Conference standings, the Eagles offense has not looked good.

In their last two games, the Birds have only scored 26 points since returning from the Bye Week. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was 29/54 for 318 yards and one Touchdown with an 80.5 QBR. The Eagles' offensive line has been banged up all year, and Saquon Barkley hasn’t been given the wide open running lanes that he ran to 2,000 yards last year.  In ten games, Barkley has only rushed for 662 yards with four touchdowns.

In their first meeting against the Cowboys on opening night way back in September, the Eagles eked out a win 24-20. Jalen Hurts was knocking off the rust during the game and went 19/23 for 152 yards and zero TD’s. The big story of that game was Jalen Carter was ejected for spitting on Cowboys QB Dak Prescott after the opening kickoff and the two-hour lighting delay. The Birds better get the offense going this Sunday in Dallas.

The Flyers had another game go to overtime as Travis Sanheim scored the game-winner at the 3:51 mark of overtime. The Flyers have a big game against the New Jersey Devils Saturday night at 7pm at the Xfinity Mobile Arena. The Flyers are 7-3-2 at home and aim to keep it going against the Devils, who are 6-6-0 on the road.

The Philadelphia 76ers also won in overtime Thursday Night, beating the Bucks Milwaukee 123-114. Tyrese Maxey dropped a career high 54 points while playing 46 minutes. The Sixers return home, and play the Miami Heat this Sunday at 1pm. We will cover it all this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim.
